As per a survey conducted by leadership IQ, high performers counter using the first person (i.e. I, me and we) 60 percent more than what low performers do. It was also revealed that low performers were more than 400 percent likely to use the second person (i.e. you and your) than high performers and they are 90 percent more inclined to answer using the third person (he, she, and they) than high performers.
The survey also added that low performers have tendency to answer using in the neuter pronouns (it, itself), which is considered as the most awkward way to answer a questions, 70 percent more often than high performers.
