Initially TargetHR was sourcing & screening candidates mainly through personal interviews & psychometric tests for Administrative & support staff industry. In 2000, the management found the goldmine in IT sector,
and parlayed that success into the U.S. IT sector (permanent hiring zone) by launching its office in Texas in 2007. 2014 gave TargetHR a new direction, as it forayed into SME sector to capture more of the Indian Market. Having cemented its presence in IT arena, the company diversified into the Indian Non-IT industries. After garnering such vast expertise, exploring the Executive & CXO levels of recruitment was its next natural target, since the segment demands advanced headhunting skills and immense market knowledge. In 2016, TargetHR penetrated into North America’s Contract Staffing division & Sales industry.
