Why Bad Leaders Become CEOs?
Do you want to label your CEO as a ‘bad’ one? Before blaming him, you should admit how determined he is to reach in the high level. Devotion, determination and decision are the ‘3Ds’ which can visualize your career goals in a three dimensional perspectives. Didn’t he deserve his position? Have you thought of blaming your CEO for your failing in career? If yes, probably you are on the wrong path. You are the CEO of your career development. Don’t you think you can make yearly plan for scaling your progress? Can’t you make your own goals? Skills, talents and potentials will be different from person to person. But it doesn’t mean to encourage your bad behaviors or bad habits since being a CEO.
If you continue being guilty of a bad boss, you will be thrown out soon. You should identify your bad behaviors and bad habits to have a control of them. Perhaps, you may think it is acceptable to be labeled as a bad boss if your work has done by time. But, remember that the conventional management concept is turning upside down. Today, as the competition reach the peak, it is easy for you to lose a potential employee. Time for you to change the old management principle, where customers treated as king and employees as servants; today, employees are the kings if you never treat them well you will lose the ground. Change your title, ‘bad boss’ to develop a good workplace culture.
