4. Try to avoid asking for help from your co-workers:

Asking your colleagues to assist you regarding the work is very much necessary when you are starting your new profession at least for the first few weeks and it is perfectly acceptable. But when you request your co-worker for help again and again, for sure they will turn out to be your enemies within no time. Asking them to work on your assigned job repeatedly will also be another reason for them to become your enemy as fast as possible.

So, before asking for your colleagues help again and again it is better you understand the fact that you were hired because the recruiters believed in your abilities to get their job done. So, it will be good if you believe in yourself and your capabilities to prove that you can contribute to the progress of the company in a better way.
