4. Putting too much of effort on things which don’t get a good result:

Being a hard worker doesn’t mean that you can put all your effort on completing a useless work that doesn’t get a good result in the future. Employees who put all their efforts on some work that doesn’t get a good result in the future are considered as troublesome employees by the employers and it is this type of employees who can easily get fired very soon. Working on a job with a poor performance for a long time is definitely going to irritate the employer easily.

So, if you want to avoid being out of the list of people who can get fired, its better you start working with much of activeness on the job you are working. If you think you are going wrong in the work you are doing, it is better you consult your boss for help for the right direction.
