5. Lack of Effort and Heart:

To be a professional while working doesn’t mean that you should lack the skill of caring about others at the workplace. Being too professional without even caring about your colleague who is under trouble can be easily noticed by the employers. These types of sins will be easily observed in a start-up company where there are fewer employees working compared to large companies. It doesn’t mean just to please your employer you need to help your colleague who is in trouble, if you show your true caring for them, for sure you will be helped by them in your trouble times.
