Resolve the conflict in its minor stage:
It is very important to see that the minor mistakes don't increase to a stage where you cannot have any option of resolving it. It's better to solve any issues regarding your workplace as soon as possible. If you find that your boss or your colleagues have some disagreements with your thoughts or with your nature of work, try to solve the issue then and then so that you can avoid it to increase further more. It will be your duty to sit with them and make them understand your thoughts or if you find that you had actually gone wrong, don't feel hesitated to correct your mistake. If you accept your mistake, you ill be able to solve your problems quickly and move on towards your goal.
Stay Calm and Cool, and listen Carefully:
Whenever you are advised by others most of you have the habit of bouncing back on them and just reject their opinion. Instead of immediately responding, stay calm and listen to what their say in a cool mind. It might be of your help if you understand carefully on what others suggest because if you are into some problem, you might not be able to take the issue positively as your mind starts thinking negatively regarding a particular issue. Instead of jumping into conclusions that is of no help, the attitude of staying calm and developing the habit of listening to others opinion can be a better way to solve your problem as soon as possible.
