Resolve the conflict in its minor stage:

It is very important to see that the minor mistakes don't increase to a stage where you cannot have any option of resolving it. It's better to solve any issues regarding your workplace as soon as possible. If you find that your boss or your colleagues have some disagreements with your thoughts or with your nature of work, try to solve the issue then and then so that you can avoid it to increase further more. It will be your duty to sit with them and make them understand your thoughts or if you find that you had actually gone wrong, don't feel hesitated to correct your mistake. Instead of immediately responding, stay calm and listen to what their say in a cool mind.
