10. No follow-up/ Too much follow-ups
The better way to lose the job is to not having any follow-ups or annoying the hiring manager with too much of follow-ups. Once you have sent the resume, you have to be in touch with your hiring manager. Sometimes, after sending a resume it needs to be phoned them and enquiring about the interview details which shows how interested you are in that particular job. Until you get the final result, it is advisable for you to make follow-ups. Also, too much follow-ups may irritate your interviewer as they have got many other works than answering you every day.
