Bangalore: Most new jobs created are reported to be high-paying and high-quality, according to CIBC’s (Canadian Imperial Bank of Commerce) new study. While the remuneration differs from State to State, it is better for you to have an outlook of which country pays the best, especially if you are looking for a job abroad or if you plan for studying abroad.
‘The 2012 Cost of Talent Index’, a new report by Employer branding firm, Universum ranks the top ten countries in accordance with expected salaries of college graduates. Here is the list which put up in Forbes by Meghan Casserly.

10. United Kingdom, $3,299 (down 1.5% from 2011)
One of the recent researches published by High Fliers, ‘The Graduate Market in 2012’ brings out the annual review of graduate vacancies & starting salaries at Britain’s leading employers. It points out that employers here are expected to increase their graduate intake by a further 6.4 percent in 2012, though economic worries remain. Following two years of dimmed hiring process where UK employers’ cuts graduate vacancies, top employers here started to recruit more university-leavers from 2010 which grew up in 2011 and are expected to go high this year also. The median starting salary offered for university-leavers starting work is pointed out less than 1.5 percent considering last year.
