Here are four successful CEOs, who had participated at the Young Leaders Event, organized by Economic Times, answering for the question, whether Job hopping is better for career growth or not?

Pramod Bhasin, Former President and CEO Genpact was of the opinion that, when he had to choose between one who worked with their company for a long time and a new person, he would rather go with the person who had stayed with them from a long time.
He also told that risk of leaving a job is far greater than risk of staying because when you are in a company, you would have established your own identification, your boss and peers would have known you better. So, when you grow in an organization the firm itself will trust you more.

Kalpana Morparia,CEO of JP Morgan Chase Indisaid that job hopping depended on the opportunity that existed within the organization.
