Adil Zainulbhai Adil Zainulbhai, Managing Director, McKinsey (India), is of the opinion that changing job differs at different points of time; it's all left to the person to decide it. He also told that, in some organizations the senior management team itself will be in-built and in some cases there can be much more movement taking place everytime.
