Are You Not Appreciated? Get It Now

Appreciate your co-workers:

Being stressed and desperate will not help you to enjoy your work. The one thing you can do is appreciate your co-worker and even your boss for their great jobs. Find out even the little things your co-workers do, and say a “wow”. When you let them feel happy, they will make you feel the same. Write a special note to appreciate them, it will gradually influence the culture and you will be soon recognized for your good endeavors. Start appreciating others, it will not harm but return compliments to you.

 

Take the compliment:

Many of you may not know how to take a compliment. It is important for you to learn how take a compliment. Don’t deflect the compliments by saying “it was nothing than just doing my job” if someone is giving you. Trying to shrug it off, it won’t help you accomplish your achievements. You should learn to accept the compliments offered to you. You probably should keep a balance not to treat it lightweight or not to beg for more by saying “Is it really?” The better way to take the compliment is to look at their eyes and say ‘thank you’.
