There is nothing worse than a weak handshake to start off or end an interview. A loose handshake is typically associated with lack of interest and enthusiasm but a too tight handshake can be a sign of aggression or pushiness. Sweaty palms signal nervousness. The right handshake means a firm, medium grip handshake that emanates confidence.
