Reforms Needed To Attract Investment, Create Jobs: Vasundhara Raje
JAIPUR: The process to start business must be made simpler and certain old regulations have to be revisited in order to push ahead with reforms and create jobs, Rajasthan Chief Minister Vasundhara Raje said. She, however, said the business environment in state has become a matter of excitement globally and attracting investments. The CM further stated that her government was aware of the fact that the procedure to do business needed to be made easier and simpler and said reforms have to be undertaken to attract investment and create more jobs.
"The state government is looking for partners in businesses for development of the state. During my Singapore visit I found potential investors discussing the labour and employment sector reforms initiated by the state," she said while addressing the opening ceremony of Garden Factory, a manufacturing and packaging complex of the Hero Motocorp, at Neemrana in Alwar district. Raje congratulated the company for setting up the plant and hoped that this would motivate more companies to consider Rajasthan for locating their businesses and investments.
