#Focus more on the perks than on the job:
Interview is the platform that creates mutual understanding between the employer and the employee. None are doing any favor to the other. So the employee should clear all doubts from the recruiter than accepting it as a gift. If overjoyed with a good interview he misses the scope to inquire every bit about the job; later on, the job can be real bad decision for the employee. So using the span of interview to decide whether the job is worth a try is a smart act. The recruiter should also clarify the doubts.
#Be opinion free:
Recruiters check the flexibility of candidates in issues such as working in night shifts or travelling out of town frequently. Now while commenting on these one should be cautious as he is expected to obey it in the rest of his professional association with the organization. He should not make false promises nor should he speak on unnecessary scope he can provide as an employee of the company. In this part, brief answers to the interviewer serves purpose for both. There is no need to expand or exaggerate.
