9 Interview Don'ts To Bag A Dream Job

#Self aggrandize:
Interview is undoubtedly the scope of a job candidate to exhibit himself, but over utilization of this possibility can really put situations off. In the process of marketing your skills, talents and achievements- don’t over estimate yourself. The hiring manager might laugh in his mind because the candidate before you spoke better on the same context. So just state the facts without fluffing or over selling your professional deeds.

#Throw anybody under any bus:
The dread in an interview is when the interviewee makes comments. Comments are relative and judgmental. So how the employer is going to perceive it is unpredictable. Hence the interviewee should never put up comments about his previous company or academic institution or anyone who comes in the flow of talk. There is no space for any positive, negative or biased comment. Simple statements with accurate facts and figures are more interesting and welcoming responses for the hiring team.
