Be a story teller


It’s an interview and not a quiz competition. While all applicants will simply be answering the questions of the recruiter, set yourself different by adding to your answers. In your interesting answers he should get a story and curiosity that will encourage him to ask you more questions. But do remember to keep your answers brief and interesting. If he loses interest, then you too loose the offer letter.

Know your audience


The songs a musician performs in a wedding concert and in a college fest definitely varies. Similarly do not set common standard answers to all questions of any interview. Frame your answer depending on which company you are being interviewed for and on what job opening. That will reflect your personal choice over the job.
