In an instance, CEO, Bill McDermott fielded a query from a fresher. “At a lot of workplaces, innovation trickle down from the top, but we want innovation to exist from the ground up," says managing director Dilipkumar Khandelwal. Every employee here is an entrepreneur. They create their own ideas and we support it at an organizational level," he added.
