“Our work culture is such that my family doesn't understand my stress, because I don't carry it back to them. The company allows for a seamless transition between roles at the office and at home. In my time here, I haven't missed a single school program or life event of my daughter's," says Datta, director of engineering enterprise business solutions. Working in company seems more like smooth collaboration of personal and official living of yours. Intuit, being instrumental, frontal the challenges that Bengaluru holds for employees travelling to work.
