Google Wants To Know How Much Candidates Have Accomplished Compared To Their Peers
As Google looks for varied qualities while hiring, It also gives exposure to peer activity that drives learning and changes in their work accomplishments. Additionally, Google also wants to know how much candidates have accomplished because a stand-out resume would only specify their accomplishments and how they compared to others.
