No College Degree Requires To Get Promoted At These Companies
BANGALORE: The U.S. Bureau of Labor Statistics revealed that employee with just a high school diploma will earn about 50 percent of what those with a bachelor's or master's degree will make, on average. A latest report from CareerBuilder found that workers without a college education now have plenty of options for well-paid careers.

Starbucks:
Today, Starbucks is the name that most of associate with coffee almost instantly. The company was first launched in Seattle in 1971 and since then there is no looking back. At present they are spread over 16,300 locations across the globe and now India is also in the list.
It had 137,000 employees in 2010 which is twice the population of Greenland. It provides full benefits to part time employees too. It is listed among the 100 best companies to work for. Starbucks addresses their employees as their partners, though practically they don’t meet the criteria in true business sense. But the use of such a strong word boosts up the employee performance and creates a strong bond between workers and the company.
Starbucks employees are provided benefits package to those who work a minimum of 20 hours per week that includes health, medical, dental and vision plans, a 401k, and access into Bean Stalk, the company’s employee stock option plan.
