Google Doesn't Look For Experts
Most companies hire candidates with deep knowledge in one or the other area, but that doesn’t happen with the search engine giants. In fact, Google as this very uncommon way of hiring smart and curious people, who it thinks have strong learning ability and can generally find the right answers to unfamiliar questions.
