 Clear and Direct Subject Line:

A clear subject line will grab the recipient’s attention, which will force the person to click on your mail and read it. So, write a subject line that is clear and readable to the person in mentioning what the mail is about.

Use your Professional Mail ID

Being a professional you are not supposed to use a mail ID that makes others think that you are not a professional like “funnybones@” “Fairy@”and so on. This will lead them to jump to conclusions or will make them laugh at it. At the same time be careful in choosing a mail id, which you will be giving it later to companies.
