With the umpteen number of lenience that LinkedIn has to offer drives away the struggles of limiting oneself by the 8.5x11" confines of the resume back in the yesteryears. However, it is also important to remain calm and not to go bonkers about the endless freedom. And while details are certainly good, having it concise works even better.  Once the profile is completed, having a glance at it from a non biased perspective will help in find the loop holes which can be edited accordingly.
