Even though there are specific working hours in a private company; working hours expand, extend and the employees just go too frustrated about their job life.
The situation is totally different in case of Indian government jobs. A standard office timing is followed for all employees across the year. And at times, Due to tremendous work pressure, a government employee work extra, adequate and attractive perks are offered to compensate it.

Promotions

Promotions in private sector are more subjected to performance, leg pulling, partiality, favoritism, back biting, buttering and more. It’s more of a personal affair than real appreciation. In case of government jobs, promotions depend on your tenure and experience in the job. The more time you spend your offer the company, the more they appreciate your efforts. Promotions here are much more of sincere appreciation over complex office politics.
