WebEngage has teamed up with MetaMorph to launch India’s biggest hiring drive focused on growth marketing professionals. The nationwide initiative aims to bridge the talent gap for fast-growing consumer brands seeking experts in mobile marketing, CRM, CLM operations, and product analytics.

The hiring drive will be held in Mumbai on November 21, Bengaluru on November 28, and Gurugram on December 4. More than 40 top companies including Reliance, Acko, DMI Finance, BlueStone, and Yatra will meet with over 500 screened candidates for 100+ openings across key growth roles.

To make the process faster and more effective, MetaMorph has designed a speed-date-style interview format. Each candidate-brand interaction is pre-scheduled, curated, and aligned with hiring needs, ensuring meaningful conversations and better matches. MetaMorph will also manage coordination from shortlisting to offer rollout, creating a smooth and transparent hiring journey.

Avlesh Singh, Co-Founder and CEO of WebEngage, said the initiative reflects the rising demand for professionals skilled in CRM, retention, and data-driven engagement. He noted that strong talent is essential as consumer brands scale and deepen their digital strategies.
