KIMSHEALTH Trivandrum received the coveted Chief Minister's Excellence Award, designating it as one of the state's finest private-sector institutions. The hospital was declared the best workplace in the healthcare industry for its remarkable performance in 2024. The award was given on the basis of critical parameters such as competitive salary levels, strict labor law compliance, a good work environment, and safe salary transfer through a wage protection scheme.

Jessuin K Kadavan, KIMSHEALTH Head of Human Resources, received the award from V. Sivankutty, Minister of General Education and Labour, during a function in Thiruvananthapuram. The function was chaired by Antony Raju MLA, with Dr. K. Vasuki IAS, Secretary of the Labour and Skills Department, in attendance.

Referring to this achievement, Dr. M.I. Sahadulla highlighted that KIMSHEALTH prioritizes a work environment based on employee wellness, promoting an open communication with staff. "This enables KIMSHEALTH to keep improving patient care," he further stated.

The hospital values continuous employee education, providing structured clinical and personal development programs. Other employee facilities include subsidized dining, quality accommodations, transport facilities, and health insurance. Besides workplace activities, KIMSHEALTH also carries out social responsibility activities like health awareness campaigns, educational assistance, environmental protection schemes, and children's development in sports and academics.

Well-being is also fostered by the hospital through end-to-end health programs, mental wellness initiatives such as 'Mitra,' family activities, and career guidance for the children of employees.
