NuSummit , a leading provider of digital transformation and cybersecurity solutions, has named Vidya S. Thakur as the Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO). This important appointment highlights the company's dedication towards fostering a purpose-driven, innovative and human-focused organization as it expands its operations globally.

Vidya Thakur comes with over three decades of experience in HR leadership
across various sectors. Before joining NuSummit, she held key positions at LTIMindtree, where she served as Vice President & Global Head of HR, and at Larsen & Toubro Infotech as Global Head & VP of Global Talent Strategy. At both organizations, she spearheaded essential initiatives like M&A change management, leadership development, cultural transformation and diversity and inclusion efforts. Earlier in her career, she also worked as a General Manager of HR at Tech Mahindra.

As a certified executive coach (PCC, ICF) and GPHR-certified professional, Vidya is recognized for her empathetic leadership approach and her capacity to manage intricate organizational transformations with both clarity and kindness. In her new appointed position at NuSummit, she will handle the global HR strategy focusing on talent acquisition, employee experience, inclusive leadership and readiness for the future of work. Her aim will be to establish a cohesive culture across different regions to foster high-performing teams and empower employees in a dynamic and purpose-driven environment.
