With almost three decades of experience in numerous industries, Manucha has extensive knowledge in the field of human capital transformation. In her new role, she will oversee key HR activities such as workforce planning, talent management, leadership development, and the digitalization of HR activities. Her main task will be building agile teams, the promotion of a performance-oriented culture, and the preparation of the organization for growth.
Prior to Datta Infra, Manucha was Chief Human Resources Officer for Brinks India and senior HR positions at Greenko Group, FedEx, adidas, Religare Enterprises, and HCL. She has a career that cuts across industries like renewable energy, logistics, retail, e-commerce, and IT/ITES.
Recognized for her ability to drive large-scale cultural changes and improve employer branding, Manucha has effectively managed complex HR operations for organizations with over 6,000 employees, including a significant number of contract workers.
