Statistical modeling of manufacturing processes has given a path to Six Sigma techniques which are now mostly practiced in renowned corporate houses. Motorola is one such name that pioneered by setting a Six Sigma goal for its manufacturing business and registered it as a trademark. This strategical theory has thus brought success and profit to many big corporate houses by improving their manufacturing quality through identifying and removing the causes of errors or defects. Therefore, the Six Sigma set of tools and techniques are for manufacturing process improvement and to understand this strategical modeling training is a crucial aspect. However, Six Sigma training providers are a handful in number across India and Falcon Skill Development is one such training institute offering Six Sigma training. Located in Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu, the institute is providing online sessions with professional Six Sigma programs.

The Basic Learning From Six Sigma Programs Includes How To Eliminate The Defects, Recycling Time And Rejection To Improve The Productivity And Increase The Quality

“There are five levels in Six Sigma, including Six Sigma White Belt, Yellow Belt, Green Belt, Black Belt, and Master Black belt. The basic learning from Six Sigma programs includes how to eliminate the defects, recycling time, and rejection to improve the productivity and increase the quality,”says Prasanth, the Founder and CEO of Falcon Skill Development.

Founded in 2017 by Prasanth, a qualified Electronics, and Communication Engineer and a certified Lean Six Sigma Master Black Belt from Indian Statistical Institute, Falcon Skill Development offers courses like Six Sigma Yellow Belt, Six Sigma Green Belt, Six Sigma Black Belt, Data Analysis, SQC Tools and Business Analytics. Prasanth has worked as project lead in Indian Statistical Institute and has been practicing quality consultancy and internal auditing by serving several industries like Motors and Pumps, Textiles Manufacturing, Engineering, Processing, Healthcare and many more. His published technical papers at the IEEE organized “International Conference on Cloud Computing” held in New Delhi has won the best hybrid project presentation. He has managed several projects on Six Sigma. His immense knowledge in Six Sigma has thus made him the mentor and technical lecturer in different engineering institutes and corporate events. He has successfully trained and guided many corporate staffs with the Six Sigma Black Belt program and through Falcon, he is providing the same.

The institute offers online courses and live sessions to individuals and corporates. Though its target audience is individuals, Falcon also goes to different corporate houses to educate them with the right Six Sigma techniques. “We not only educate our trainees on how to implement the Six Sigma concepts but tell them why to implement those and with practical explanation. This helps them understand the reason behind applying Six Sigma and achieve Zero Defect in the workspace,” Prasanth adds. The company also has a YouTube channel with more than twelve thousand plus subscribers. Through the faith of words from these subscribers, the company has now managed to reach other parts of the globe. However, while talking about the future roadmap, Prasanth says, “We are planning to open a few branches in India as well as a branch across the globe. We are also aiming to train around 10 lakh participants every year and thus increase branches in other countries across the globe.”
