3. The Apple company seems more like a startup than a huge corporation:

Even though Apple can be the world’s most valuable company, it doesn’t really mean that it functions like a big company. Many of its employees were of the opinion that the company seems to be the place where many of the startups have come together to make it a large company. With this feeling, the employees feel that their job is secured and they also get the feeling of career flexibility that comes from working with smaller operation. As a senior software engineer over there said that, the Apple Company seems like a bunch of small companies and if you get bored of working with the same old department, you can also change within the company itself without going in search of new employer.
