When Steve Jobs was its CEO, he was every time saying that he wanted only A-level employees, i.e., smart employees in his staff and now the current employees are really enjoying working with some of the world’s smart people around them. An employee said that the entire company has plenty of talented and bright people everywhere. The employee also said that where there are more smart people definitely it is a great place to find competition which ultimately gets the best work out of the employees.
