While it is said that most male bosses are linked with such kind of a conduct, the survey discovered that a fifth of female bosses admit to shouting or being verbally abusive at work. When things do not go accordingly, ten percent of women executives accept to blaming and shaming their co- workers. Nearly 90 percent of the female executives surveyed claimed that they had evidenced an increase in stress, more than 60 percent of the females in positions of power opined that the poor management was the cause of their resentment.

He said: "The main reason for an increase in anger is the inability to deal with stress.” Women tend to pay more attention to detail than men so they sweat over the small things. "They can be short-tempered and abrupt, and make underhanded critical remarks. It can be interpreted by colleagues as bullying." Listed below are the tips to handle such kind of bossy females.
