According to the Business Insider study, the social networking giant, Facebook has poached around 453 Googlers. Most notably, Facebook’s highest-paid executive Sheryl Sandberg is a former Google employee who had worked for 7 years with search engine giant. When she joined as the Chief Operating Officer at Facebook, she could manage hiring 200 Googlers to Facebook. After reaching the mainstream in 2007, Facebook has become the next big thing after Google while building-up the image of ‘Next Google’. Even though Google offers a surprise bonus to its employees along with other interesting perks, the main attractive in Facebook terms is the guaranteed payout to pullout Googlers.
