Jelski continuing, said that the global measurement of science and math graduates are very much relevant and also the competition will become fiercer, as at present many technical tasks are been done by computers.

He also added that in the future most of the people will always be employed in STEM disciplines where many of them will be highly paid. But the point to be noted here is in the future many of them will be only paid well and have a career success only for their smartness at work rather than their educational qualification. People must surely give it a thought on their smartness because in the future there will be only fewer STEM jobs as everything at present is computerized and in the future it can be doubled.

So if at all in the future these computerized skills cannot create any new employment, people must look over the non-tradable skills that can’t be computerized as it is only depended on human to human interaction which is called as “Empathy”.
