You may think why it is necessary to know about the secret tactics of the hiring managers. You need to know them because, many a times what you don’t know may have the capacity to hurt your chances of landing a job and sometimes you may not find perfect time to command for a higher salary. Here are some of the tricky tactics the present hiring managers are using against the candidates.

1. Keeping the photographs of some kids:

Officially, hiring managers are not allowed to ask about your family details during the interview in any company. But still some of the managers tend to ask about your kids and other family members. Some managers said that they would keep some kids photographs on their table and say they are their kids even though they are not really their kids, just to ask about the candidates whether they are having kids or to ask about their family background. The main intention of questioning about the family background was because they think the kids can distract the parent’s workplace job that requires long hours to spend at the workplace.
