Saudi Arabia, the country that houses the 2nd largest oil reserves in the world, is also plagued by high unemployment rates. It has a jobless rate of 10 percent that is above the global average and hence it is slotted at the 23rd position.

Jobless Rate: 10.1 Percent

Yes, at a time when other economies from round the world are struggling to stay afloat, Turkey has emerged as the fastest growing economy in Europe and is one of the fastest growing economies in the world. But the country’s striking economic growth and its comparable strength in the job market do not go hand-in-hand or synchronize with each other. It still houses an unemployment rate which is well above the global average.

Jobless Rate: 10.5 Percent

Following the crisis in the late 2000’s, Hungary went into one of the worst economic slumps in its history. Subsequently, the exports and domestic consumption has reached to an all time low, fixed asset accumulation took a major hit and job market is nearly shut.
