Top 7 Countries With The Brightest Job Prospects

Brazil—49 Percent Optimistic
Though the employment outlook is weaker than it has been in the last couple of years, Brazil still expects to see fairly decent growth.
One of the underlying causes of the striking growth in Latin American countries is due to its impressive growth in the number of Doctorates in science and engineering in the countries of the region and, in particular, in Brazil where this explosive growth is due to increase in the number of Doctoral programs.
As per the Manpower Employment Outcome Survey, it is said that one in four employers in Brazil have reported that they plan to increase their payrolls within the next few months. The gains in each sector may not be as high as in the past, but there will still be opportunities for Brazilian job seekers in industries such as health care, finance, real estate, insurance, trade and retail.
Panama—60 Percent Optimistic
Panama is the only country on this list where more than half of the population remains optimistic about job prospects for their country. And the foremost reason for this is because of its large upcoming projects such as metro, road realignment and widening of the canal, which are stated to bring in jobs.
Moreover, this growth is expected to continue in 2014 and beyond.  Though there are big expectations for job growth in all of the industry sectors, transportation and communication sectors seem to be among the strongest.
The country also expects to see strong hiring activity in professions relating to construction, agriculture, fishing, mining and extraction sectors.
