Canada—47 Percent Optimistic
While major economies like U.S. and UK are experiencing bleak employment opportunities amidst a weak economic climate, Canada has emerged as an attractive destination for its relatively strong economic climate and the current job prospects.
According to the Manpower Employment Outcome Survey, about 20 percent of employers surveyed planned to increase their staffing levels by the third quarter of 2014, while only 4 percent anticipated cutbacks. The sectors expecting to see the largest growth include transportation, public utilities, public administration, construction, manufacturing, and real estate.
One of the most important aspects is that, the country offers work-permit depending on the length of their academic programme and students can also apply for a permanent resident status subsequently. So with demand for skilled workers like engineers and managers rising and also with an ageing population, Canada would be a great bet for students.
Paraguay—47 Percent Optimistic
Having been ruled by dictatorships for nearly 200 years of independence, many still think of Paraguay as the forgotten country. However, that not anymore and Paraguay is too modest for its own good.
 Under the new and much more enlightened governance, the country has now been catching up fast, installing a wide range of economic and social reforms that increasingly has put it on the global map for job prospects as well as for investors seeking opportunities.  
In fact, in recent years, the economy has grown steadily due to the increase in agricultural exports and other economic expansion like hydroelectric plants as well as road construction which now look brighter brightest career prospects for individuals seeking jobs.
