4. Never say, ‘No one else has a problem’:
In a company, you can find a lot of different cultured, nature people working under a same roof and they have all the rights to develop a feeling towards the company whether it is good or a bad one. Hence, there might be many employees who can come and complain to you that they have a problem related to their working atmosphere. So, at this time, you have no right to say, ‘No one else has a problem’, because who knows, the other employees might not have the courage to come to you and share their problem. So, instead of telling the above mentioned statement, it is better to discuss it with a team of members in a meeting and checkout if even they are experiencing the same type of problem or are they facing any other problem. 
5. Never say, ‘If you don’t like to work here, work somewhere else’:
You have no right to say such words as a boss because, they would have got a job in your company based on their merit and skill set. Saying such words will be too harsh on their part. So, never ever use such type of words in front of your employees. All you need to do is correct and support them whenever they need you.
