If  you say like, ‘Things have always been like this from a very long time’ to your employees, it is believed that you have surrendered yourself to the situation and you don’t want any sought of change in it and you expect your employee to follow the same procedure just like as you are doing it right now. This sought of statements can also reduce the respect the employees had in you as well as they might even loose the confidence level they had in their work and their boss. So, avoid giving out such statements as mentioned above in front of your employees.
3. Don’t say, ‘You are lucky to get a bonus’:
If you are monitoring and supervising the employees working under you, you need to accept that it is their hard work that makes them worthy of every little bonus that comes in their way. You also need to understand that, it is their hard work that is bringing profit for your firm. So, telling them, ‘You are lucky to get a bonus’ is meaningless on a whole.
