MindTree, is a mid-sized international IT consulting and implementation company, which also operates into 2 units namely the product engineering services and the IT services. This mid-sized IT firm was established in the year 1999 by ten industry professionals who were from Cambridge Technology Partners, Lucent Technologies and Wipro. The company is currently headquartered in two places namely Bangalore and in Warren, New Jersey. As of now, the employee count in this firm is around 10,580 and in that 28 percent of them are women. In the senior management level, there are 11 men working as the board members without any woman counterpart.

Wipro being an IT consulting and outsourcing service firm that is located in the IT hub of India, Bangalore, is an immensely popular firm across the country and many youths love to be a part of it after their academics. This firm is considered as the second largest IT services company in India. As of now, the employee count in Wipro is around 1, 40,569 and in that, 28 percent of the staff is filled with womenfolk. As of now, there is not even a single woman in the senior management level of the company.
