Smith’s this quote can define what makes a best manager. In fact, no one wants to be a bad manager. But, we know some of the managers are really ‘bad’ to work with. They are just good at being lousy and to give excuses for the flaws. The real ‘jerks’, yeah? It doesn’t matter whether they could be sincere, caring and down to earth if their management skills are less than the ideal. Sometimes, it can happen if you are insecure in your ‘Boss’ role or if you hold the nerve-racking face to your subordinates.
