Place is as important as the time of the meeting because to keep the employees awake, meeting should be conducted in a well-ventilated, bright space with a comfortable ambient temperature.
5. Hydration:
There are only two ways for you to combat sleepiness or inactiveness in the meeting, one is by drinking water and the other is to participate effectively during the meeting. And if you are an introvert to speak up well at the meeting drinking enough water can keep you active at least to listen what others are discussing.
