He made his last appearance in Imtiaz Ali's directorial venture Rockstar, where he shot a few scenes with his grand-nephew Ranbir Kapoor, which can turn out to be a milestone for this new Kapoor yougstar.
Hindi cinema has lost a wonderful talent and a person Shammi Kapoor on August 14, 2011. At the age of 79 the legendary bollywood heartthrob took his last breath. Indian cinema has lost the industry's flame boyance.
