Tackle a Friendly Relationship at Your Workplace

2. Listening to them:

Before you start chit chatting with co-workers, watch for cues which topic will probably not hurt them.  Listening to your co-workers is the best way to build a friendly relationship as people like to be listened by others. And this shows you care them. But at the same time,  you have to avoid the big chatter boxes at office as they spoil your work time and you won’t be able to finish your work on time if you give ears to them.

 

 

 

 

 

3. Don’t be an Utter Book:

Repeating the same old story will lead you to lose your reputation. Your colleagues are already tired off with the story which you were telling over and over again.  You have to keep in mind that your face-to-face interaction cannot build a friendly relationship if you seem like an unfavourable one.  Don’t open up your mouth for something harsh and foolish and moreover, you have to maintain a flexible relationship as it helps for a better team work.
