Never Say These 10 Things At A New Job

'It's not my blunder’
Well there are many issues to look upon at work place, and if you’re singled out and blamed for the fault you have committed, don’t just jump into conclusions saying its not fault, instead you can put it across in a understandable way like ‘I dint commit that error’, where in you wont give the privilege  to your co-workers  to perceive your wrong.

Udit Mittal, founder & MD, Unison International cited, “In the fast-paced culture of corporate, there is no space for slackers. If you did something that created a negative impact, have the courage to except your fault instead of putting the blame on to someone. Bosses usually like people who take full ownership for a deed done.”

'This Isn't My cup of tea!'
There are many instances that come across you at work place, but that doesn’t mean you have to just stick on to your work and snub the other saying this isn’t my job.  If your colleague asks for some help, you can take that as a challenge to prove how flexible you can be at your work place, rather than just treating it as a burden on you.

Ashish Arora, founder & MD, HR Anexi said, ”Unless you are completely getting off focus, going beyond the etched boundaries of your role will only earn you good merit with your boss and colleagues.”
