Need a Costume Warning for Your Office-mates?

3. Not funny or serious:

It may look funny when you notice him/ her in too big clothing. Sometimes, overly casual clothing or lots of loud colours may make you laugh. Of course, that super-tight clothing and cleavage exposed will draw others’ attention and not appropriate in the office. You may often tend to warn them. When you tell that make sure you are not terming as ‘offensive’, ‘provocative’ and even do not mention as a matter for laughing. You should be careful in your usage of terms to address the dress code violation or an offensive appeal at office.

4. Don’t Insult:

After all, you have to keep in mind that you are about to help them, not to disgrace. It should be helpful for them when you address their disagreeable costume. It can be labeled as the “crucial conversations’ as you need to set up the tone and try to help an embarrassing discussion, that too promptly and efficiently.
