Bangalore: In employment segment, dress code policy varies from super-casual to so-strict work attire code that female employees must have their hemlines measured.   Many companies are very strict on their dress code policy. Dressing up for work makes you appear and perform more professional. Dress code can upgrade your reflection in the eyes of others, and even it can affect your mindset. Do you have a deep thought on work attire?  Have you ever thought to comment on your co-workers’ unprofessional style? Did that distract you at anytime? Working experience of years in the same company may put people to reach a comfort-level where they don’t be worried about outfits but just work. This attitude may harm one’s career.

Employee attire should have an appeal of professionalism for customers, partners and coworkers.  If you are bothered about your co-workers’ dress code, before saying you should know what to say, when and how. Consider these points as you need to heed the boundaries of respect for others.
