Being Dishonest About The Job Title: The fact that it is getting harder and harder to find a job, dishonesty amongst job seekers is miserably at an all-time high and in many cases caused by the sluggishness in job market and other economic problems. Therefore, for this particular reason job seekers tend to exaggerate or leave out certain parts of their career history.
The other reason that makes job seekers be dishonest is when they become desperate for not finding a job and that result in them being dishonest going through the interviewing process. While potential employees are unaware about their job titles, companies must be cautious of such fraudulent workers because the company trusts them with big tasks and this may in turn go wrong if the person does not have real experience on the job.
